Environmental and energy-saving construction

House XXI century must meet the following requirements:

  • Environment.
  • Energy-saving.
  • Comfort of accommodation
  • A relatively small value.

Typically, these requirements are easier to satisfy the small family homes.

Environmental requirement associated with human activities in its ecological niche, as a result of accommodation in the house no harm to the environment and the building itself does not harm the health of residents.

Energy saving is achieved by using efficient insulation materials and technologies. Typically, the maximum effect is achieved by the use of natural insulation and building materials and renewable energy of the sun and wind [1].

Comfort of accommodation depends on many factors, foremost of which is the impact of land and building architecture for its residents at the level of the so-called subtle energies.

Finally, perspective insulating materials based on wood, clay, Straw, Cannabis eventually become much cheaper than traditional synthetic and mineral materials, not to mention the lack of carcinogenic pollution and fire safety.

One can argue, that the use of natural materials is a prerequisite for the implementation of all four vyscheperechyslenyh requirements.

For efficient use of building materials should know their properties and be able to apply them on different situations and customer requirements.

In addition, important feature of the building is the future integrity of the heating system in the building construction, which simplifies the process of construction and operation. An example is the medieval furnace couch or underfloor heating hot smoke, have long been used by the Romans and Koreans. It is rather a construction, than heating design.

Therefore, house, elements of structures which are natural materials, should provide a comfortable existence as a result of the use of renewable energy, successful architectural and design decisions and avoid actions geopathic radiation.

One of the possible solutions is the home of the so-called solar roofs and foundations accumulating. These homes are built in various versions in the U.S., United Kingdom and other countries [2, 3]. No wonder Europe set out to prove to 2050 the proportion of renewable energy to 50%.

We offer solar roof design is shown in Figure. 1, 2.

Painted in dark metal roof surface absorbs heat, shown that air, moving through air inlet (gap between roofs and insulation). Even in winter, the air is heated to a cleft in the 30-40 º C. True, for the metal roof should cover sheets of glass or polycarbonate. As you know [4], night metal roof radiates intense heat in near-Earth space. As shown by recent studies, natural insulating materials can delay the night heat radiation. Synthetic and mineral insulating materials such properties are not. Therefore, the use of "solar roofs" impossible. With the implementation of "solar roof" inevitably arises the problem of recycling the resulting heat. Usually for this purpose foundation settles battery heat, which accumulates excess heat and then gives it to heat your home. Figure. 4, 5 We have developed a dual circuit shows a heating system. The first circuit provides air circulation between the roof and floor slab of the first floor.

This stove has air channels (Figure 6), channels and even moving the hot air from the roof, and odd - Cool Base Battery. The cross section of the base of the battery is shown in Figure 7. Warm air from the floor slab concrete slabs supplied to the battery and heats them.

The above principle of heat accumulators foundation applied to deskside conservatories (greenhouses).Known [5], that in January greenhouse air can heat up to 50 º C. Therefore, usually the excess hot air outlet in moist soil Greenhouse, which reduces the air temperature to 20 º C, but raise the temperature of moist soil to 2-7 º C (rice. 8). Therefore, the south wall of the building can install conservatory, which would simultaneously condenser heat, derived from the sun. Besides, moist soil conservatory could utilize excess heat, deduced from home. This method is simple and does not require expensive equipment.
